Niki Borofsky helps people and organizations navigate disputes more intelligently — and helps the professionals who guide them sharpen their craft.

She founded Nikisky Consulting in Paris to bring independence, strategy, and imagination to conflict. The work spans facilitating difficult conversations across borders and cultures, teaching dispute resolution through a global lens, and helping mediators and arbitrators build practices that reflect their strengths.

Much of her practice is strategic consulting — helping organizations treat conflict not as a distraction, but as a chance to rethink how they work.

Trained as a mediator, with studies spanning law and the culinary arts, Niki brings rare range to the work: rigorous when it counts, curious by nature, creative in approach. She also co-hosts the monthly Dispute Resolution Roundtable — part salon, part seminar.
